Job summary

Paylocity, a leading cloud-based HR and payroll software provider, seeks a Security Engineer to strengthen our security posture across a large, primarily remote environment in the U.S. You will design and implement controls, administer security platforms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to protect assets.

This role focuses on Zero Trust, IAM, cloud security, and automation, using Cloudflare, Zscaler, Proofpoint, CyberArk, and Terraform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in InfoSec, CS or related field.
• 3 years of security/infra engineering experience.
• Experience with security platforms and tools listed below.
• Familiar with IAM, SSO, Kerberos, Active Directory, LDAP.
• Experience with Cloud and on-prem security architectures.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative security controls to protect assets across a large and complex environment.
• Administer security platforms and systems.
• Champion security technologies such as ZTNA and Passwordless.
• Implement security orchestration and automation for security operations.
• Collaborate to promote hybrid on-prem and cloud best practices.
