Job summary

Cypress HCM is seeking an experienced Cloudflare Zero Trust Implementation Engineer to deploy and configure Cloudflare technologies in a large enterprise setting. You will drive rollout activities, document configurations, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable access.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, platform configuration, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on enabling end-user adoption and ongoing operations from a remote EST location.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and administering Cloudflare Zero Trust in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Cloudflare Access, Gateway, Tunnel, WARP, and ZTNA.
• Ability to independently manage deployments, migrations, or large-scale technology projects.
• Excellent written communication with clear technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and support Cloudflare Zero Trust services in an enterprise environment.
• Assist in rollout planning, implementation activities, and end-user adoption.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, security, and project teams to meet milestones.
• Maintain Cloudflare components and resolve deployment issues.
• Support transition from traditional remote access to Zero Trust-based models.
• Produce deployment procedures, configuration standards, and runbooks.
• Coordinate with vendor support to troubleshoot platform issues.
• Provide knowledge transfer and guidance to internal teams.
