Job summary

hudsonmanpower is seeking a Security Software Data Engineer III to support encryption, certificate lifecycle management, key management, and cryptographic infrastructure for enterprise security. This remote role requires coordinating security, infrastructure, engineering, and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience with PKI, encryption technologies, and security automation, with familiarity in Venafi, CyberArk, Fortanix, or HashiCorp Vault preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT experience and strong knowledge of encryption technologies.
• Experience with PKI and certificate management.
• Experience with Key Management Systems (KMS).
• Proven ability to lead enterprise security projects and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with enterprise governance, risk, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise security infrastructure projects from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate security, infrastructure, engineering, and operations teams.
• Manage encryption and certificate lifecycle initiatives.
• Oversee enterprise key management implementations.
• Coordinate PKI activities.
• Ensure project delivery meets quality, schedule, and budget expectations.
• Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Communicate with executive sponsors and stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with governance standards.
• Coordinate vendor relationships when required.
• Support security audits and compliance initiatives.
• Resolve cross‑project conflicts and resource constraints.
• Drive continuous improvement across security engineering processes.
• Mentor junior project managers and technical team members.
