Job summary

Optiv is hiring a Client Success Manager to support US-based clients in the MSS unit, with remote work options. You will translate complex technical outcomes for diverse audiences, onboard new clients, and drive satisfaction using repeatable KPI processes.

You will engage with security operations concepts, MITRE ATT&CK, and CRM tools to guide client outcomes and renewals across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field preferred.
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification preferred.
• Knowledge of SIEM tools (Splunk, LogRhythm, QRadar, etc.).
• Experience with client success practices and security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and set expectations for outcomes and deliverables.
• Lead technical and business discussions about security operations and threat actor activities.
• Provide technical and product support for Managed Services.
• Support client renewals through product knowledge and relationship management.
