Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Security Architect, Consultant with Mandiant to help clients prepare to mitigate and respond to cyber threats in cloud environments. You will lead security architecture efforts, design IAM and cloud security controls, and coordinate incident response guidance across technical teams and executives in Google Cloud engagements.

The role requires 3+ years in information security, 2+ years in IAM or cloud architecture, and a Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.

Qualifications

• 3 years of information security experience in cloud environments.
• 2 years in IAM, enterprise or cloud architecture leveraging directory services and cloud platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, information systems, cybersecurity or related field or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and conduct security assessments for cloud infrastructures.
• Assist clients with architecture enhancements, security configurations, IAM protections, and cloud workflows.
• Develop and present reports and training for technical and executive audiences.
• Communicate remediation strategies and roadmaps to client stakeholders and leaders.
• Support containment and remediation planning for cyber incidents.
