Qualifications

• CPA license or active state bar membership.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in tax provision, tax accounting, and corporate tax compliance.
• Broad exposure to federal income taxation in business or industry.
• Strong analytical skills, written/verbal communication skills, interpersonal; problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Primary focus on corporate compliance and tax provision review for clients.
• Support readiness for audit and reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Work remotely from within the United States with no travel required.
