This role, fully remote, requires proficiency in tax software and excellent communication skills to guide customers effectively. As part of a high-volume call center, agents must remain active throughout their shifts during the peak tax season.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential required: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities.
• Proficiency with commercial tax preparation software.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
