Qualifications

• Active unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney.
• 2+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state individual 1040 returns with tax software.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via video and audio tools in a professional manner.
• Provide tax advice and perform full service business return prep and signature.
• Assist with product/software inquiries and understand tax calculations.
• Document customer interactions and meet performance metrics.
• Participate in training and pilot projects as required.
