Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated tax professional to join TurboTax Live Business in a virtual, customer-facing role.

You will help customers complete complex business tax returns for partnerships and S corporations using our TurboTax Business products and provide clear explanations of tax terms. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of business tax preparation experience, an active credential (EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney), and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business tax return prep for partnerships/S-corporations.
• Active unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney.
• 2+ years of personal 1040 tax return prep.
• Bookkeeping experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with Schedule C and service industry business tax returns.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses/permits.
• Must possess a PTIN.
• Working knowledge of Circular 230.
• Proficient with technology and tax software.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment during peak filing periods.
• Must have reliable hardwired internet and a quiet workspace.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• This is a virtual, customer-facing role; you will interact with customers using our video communications software.
• Provide tax advice and full-service business return preparation and signature for Partnerships and S Corporations.
• Explain tax concepts and assist with product/software inquiries and tax calculations.
• Document customer interactions and work toward meeting company KPIs and goals.
• Complete required training and compliance-related trainings as determined by the business.
