Intuit, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated tax professional to provide expert guidance for TurboTax Live Business customers.

The role focuses on managing complex business tax returns (1065/1120-S) for partnerships and S corporations, with emphasis on federal and state laws and strong communication via video tools. The successful candidate will leverage extensive tax preparation experience, maintain high customer service standards, and participate in training and pilot projects.

Qualifications

3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065/1120-S) for at least 20 clients per season.
Active unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney.
2+ years of experience preparing federal and state individual 1040 returns.
Bookkeeping experience. Experience with Schedule C. Experience serving service industry clients.
Ability to work with video/audio tools and maintain professional communication.

Responsibilities

Interact with customers via video and audio tools and provide tax advice.
Prepare and sign Full Service Business returns and extensions for Partnerships and S Corporations.
Answer product and software questions and explain tax calculations clearly.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Meet performance targets and participate in pilot testing and training.
Commit to peak filing periods (Mar 15 and Apr 15) and comply with security requirements.
