Job summary

Imagine Learning is seeking a Seasonal Professional Development Specialist to deliver content-specific training and guidance for blended and online K‑12 programs. You will present to teachers and staff, develop learning paths, and generate assessment reports, delivering sessions virtually or onsite and traveling as needed.

This PRN/per diem role offers a flexible schedule with peak season July–October, based from home offices across the US, with travel to school sites as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; graduate degree preferred.
• Current or past teaching certification.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; self-directed.
• Collaborative and team-oriented; able to handle multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel overnight and work flexible hours.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; online meetings (Zoom/Teams).
• Fingerprint Clearance Card or apply within 7 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver content-specific support, training, and guidance in implementation of blended/online K‑12 programs.
• Lead workshops and sessions for teachers and instructional personnel.
• Develop and modify student learning paths; design classroom assessments; run reports.
• Deliver fee-based, engaging presentations to small/large groups (virtual or onsite).
• Work with school districts to implement solutions and train staff.
