Job summary

Pearson is seeking a part-time Learning Facilitator to deliver instructional product training and professional development both onsite and virtually. The role emphasizes facilitation for adult learners, data-based decision making, and collaboration with school leaders to improve system performance.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in MTSS or assessment implementation, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel extensively during peak season (August-October).

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in education leadership or closely related field.

• Experience with administration and interpretation of preK-12 assessment instruments.

• Experience delivering professional development to educators in various formats.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructionally sound product training to customers onsite or online.
• Attend to product updates and revisions with Pearson internal teams.
• Plan and travel independently to client sites.
• Adapt PD sessions to meet individual customer needs.
