Responsibilities

• Demonstrates a positive attitude, works with a sense of urgency, and executes assigned responsibilities per company policies.

• Performs cashier and front-end duties, ensuring transactions are accurate and efficient.
• Processes freight; sorts, stocks, and replenishes merchandise per merchandising guidelines.
• Performs store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks inside and outside the building.
• Completes tasks efficiently within established timeframes.
• Supports customer satisfaction, inventory accuracy, shrink reduction, safety, and loss prevention initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned based on business needs.
