Job summary

Zurich North America is hiring an RCIS Seasonal Crop Adjuster to join the team primarily in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Qualifications

• 6 or more months of experience in the agricultural area.
• Crop Adjuster Proficiency Program Certification (CAPP) must be obtained within 180 days of hire.
• Reliable personal transportation and travel within territory.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Physical ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Complete field inspections and discuss crop loss findings with farmers.
• Perform fact finding regarding crop damage and record information.
• Provide excellent service to agents and policyholders.
• Utilize company software to transmit claims information.
• Follow regulatory and company policies and procedures.
