Job summary

Pace Analytical Services is seeking a Regulatory Analyst to transform data for safe transport of materials domestically and internationally. This evergreen role collects resumes for future openings and offers training to grow a career in laboratory sciences.

The candidate will author Safety Data Sheets, manage regulatory documents, and analyze raw materials while collaborating with teams using Excel, Teams, and Lisam/ExESS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology or related discipline.
• 3+ years of chemical regulatory experience.
• 3+ years of SDS authoring experience.
• Strong understanding of GHS and chemical regulatory compliance.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Good database management skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with computer applications and systems related to the work.
• Ability to work as an effective project team member.

Responsibilities

• Authors Safety Data Sheets in compliance with domestic and global regulations.
• Completes and processes various types of standard regulatory forms, documents, databases, and related materials and information.
• Provides data management and analysis of raw materials.
• Completes general hazard communication and reviews regulatory information for accuracy.
• Works in Excel, Teams, Lisam/ExESS.
• Contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of the department’s service to its customers by offering suggestions and directing or participating as an active member of a work team.
• Promotes and supports the overall mission of Pace Analytical by demonstrating courteous and cooperative behavior when interacting with customers and staff; acts in a manner that promotes a harmonious and effective workplace environment.
