Job summary

Pace Analytical Services LLC in Indianapolis is seeking a Regulatory Analyst to transform data for the safe transport of materials domestically and internationally. You will prepare Safety Data Sheets (SDS), review regulatory information, and manage data for raw materials using Excel and related systems.

The role is hybrid with 3 days on-site. A bachelor’s degree in chemistry/biology or a related field and 1–3 years of chemical regulatory or SDS experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as chemistry, biology, or related discipline.
• 1-3 years of chemical regulatory experience preferred.
• 1-3 years of SDS authoring experience preferred.
• Understanding of GHS and chemical regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Authors Safety Data Sheets in compliance with domestic and global regulations.
• Processes standard regulatory forms and documents.
• Provides data management and analysis of raw materials.
• Supports hazard communication and regulatory information accuracy.
• Works with Excel and other computer systems.
