The WFS Group is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive sales appointments through warm leads. This full-time position offers a competitive base pay of $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 OTE and uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 6 months of previous experience as an SDR or appointment setter in high-ticket sales.
• Experience in phone/Zoom sales.
• Ability to create rapport with potential customers.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and schedule appointments for product presentations.
• Engage in question-led discovery dialogue with leads.
• Adhere to CRM best practices to track and manage sales activities.
