Job summary

Fieldwire is hiring an SDR to generate and qualify new sales opportunities and build a pipeline for Account Executives in a fast-paced tech sales environment.

You will handle inbound leads, perform outbound prospecting, and engage construction professionals across the US. Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce and outreach platforms is preferred, with a clear growth path into account executive roles.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Interest in construction tech or SaaS is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and engage inbound leads from the Freemium sign-up flow and marketing campaigns as well as current Hilti customers.
• Conduct targeted outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new qualified opportunities
• Identify key stakeholders and initiate contact with construction professionals at small and mid-sized companies
• Schedule discovery calls and product demos for the Account Executive team
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Construction Solutions Specialists to build strong pipeline
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM (Salesforce)
• Learn and articulate the value of Fieldwire’s construction management platform
• Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape
• Consistently meet and exceed activity and opportunity generation goals
