Job summary

Command|Link seeks a Managed Services Network Engineer to support and deliver top-tier SDWAN and managed services for ISP/MSP clients. You will manage Versa Networks-based environments, troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues, and onboard new customers while maintaining strong vendor collaborations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a fast-paced technical environment with SDWAN focus
• Versa Networks experience is highly preferred
• CCNA/CCNP certifications are desirable
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, and firewall concepts
• Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance and processes

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for SDWAN, Internet, and related services
• Troubleshoot and configure basic LAN setups and Microsoft OS
• Support provisioning and onboarding of new managed customers
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and ensure service delivery
• Own issues from start to resolution with clear communication
• Mentor and train engineers on complex technical issues
