Job summary

Staffing Spot, Inc. is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead one or more Agile teams, drive Scrum adoption, and coach stakeholders across the organization. You will facilitate ceremonies, mentor junior Scrum Masters, and partner with Product Owners to optimize backlog and delivery.

The role requires 10+ years in Agile/Scrum, strong facilitation and coaching skills, and experience with scaled frameworks. Enterprise environments in technology or financial sectors preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent.
• Experience with SAFe, LeSS, or other scaled agile frameworks.
• Enterprise Agile delivery experience in technology or banking/healthcare sectors.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Rally for delivery tracking.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Coach Scrum teams toward self-organization, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Partner closely with Product Owners to ensure effective backlog management, prioritization, and refinement.
• Track Sprint and release progress using Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, throughput, cycle time, and predictability.
• Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and blockers and proactively communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration and dependency management in large-scale Agile environments.
• Coach Product Owners, engineering teams, and business stakeholders on Agile/Scrum practices.
• Support Agile transformation initiatives and contribute to improving organizational Agile maturity.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven retrospectives and improvement initiatives.
• Help teams manage scope, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
• Support release planning and coordination across multiple teams where required.
• Mentor junior Scrum Masters and contribute to the organization's Agile Center of Excellence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments, with significant experience as a Scrum Master.
• ~ Strong understanding of Scrum principles, Agile values, and Lean/Agile practices.
• ~ Proven experience managing Agile delivery for complex, enterprise-level initiatives.
• ~ Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• ~ Strong understanding of Agile metrics and delivery reporting.
• ~ Experience with dependency, risk, and impediment management.
• ~ Ability to coach teams toward self-management and continuous improvement.
• ~ Strong problem-solving and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
• SAFe, LeSS, Or Other Scaled Agile Framework Experience.
• Experience in Agile transformation or enterprise Agile adoption.
• Experience mentoring Scrum Masters and leading Agile communities of practice.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar Agile tools.
• Experience working in technology, software development, banking, healthcare, telecom, or other enterprise environments.
