Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Scrum Master to support Voice and Chat channel delivery teams in a remote, contract role. You will manage end-to-end sprint execution in Aha!, facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and deliver clear performance reporting.

The position requires strong Agile coaching, stakeholder collaboration, and hands-on backlog management. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Scrum Master experience, hands-on sprint/backlog experience in Aha!, Jira, or Azure DevOps, and

Qualifications

3+ years as Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead.
Experience managing sprints and backlogs in Aha! or Jira/Azure DevOps.
Ability to facilitate ceremonies and coach teams on Agile practices.
Strong communication with Product Owners and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end sprint management for Voice and Chat teams in Aha!
Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
Ensure smooth flow of features through scrum processes and address bottlenecks
Maintain prioritized backlogs with clear acceptance criteria and dependencies
Escalate and resolve impediments and drive timely resolution
Measure and report velocity, delivery quality, and cycle time
Coach teams on Agile practices and maintain accurate sprint data in Aha!
