Qualifications

• University degree and at least 8 years of IT experience.
• 3+ years as Scrum Master at SM2 level or higher.
• Led teams through full sprint cycles with data-driven improvements.
• Experience coordinating cross-team work via Scrum-of-Scrums or PI Planning.
• Knowledge of Scrum Guide, Agile values, and facilitation techniques.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps or Jira for backlog and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate agile ceremonies and backlog refinement.
• Collaborate with product owner to manage the backlog and priorities.
• Coach teams on empiricism, incremental delivery, and value slices.
• Track flow metrics and guide data-driven improvements.
• Promote agile standards and tools adoption; remove impediments.
• Engage with other Scrum Masters to ensure transparency and delivery.
