We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Scrum Master to support Agile teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments and promote continuous improvement.
You will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, development teams and stakeholders to support effective project delivery.
Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
Support teams in following Scrum principles and Agile best practices.
Identify and help remove team impediments.
Collaborate with Product Owners to support backlog refinement and prioritization.
Track sprint progress, team velocity, risks and dependencies.
Promote effective communication and collaboration across teams.
Support Agile planning, project tracking and delivery activities.
Prepare sprint reports, dashboards and project documentation.
Identify opportunities for process improvement.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release activities.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are clearly understood.
Encourage continuous improvement and team accountability.
