Job summary

estaffing Inc is seeking an entry-level Scrum Master to support Agile teams operating in a remote US setting. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments and help teams pursue continuous improvement to deliver value.

Work closely with Product Owners and analysts, track sprint progress, and prepare dashboards and reports to keep stakeholders informed. This role is ideal for candidates starting their Agile career and eager to learn in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Entry-level Scrum Master role.
• Experience with Agile is a plus.
• Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Support teams in following Scrum principles and Agile best practices.
• Identify and help remove team impediments.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to support backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Track sprint progress, team velocity, risks and dependencies.
• Promote effective communication and collaboration across teams.
• Support Agile planning, project tracking and delivery activities.
• Prepare sprint reports, dashboards and project documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release activities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are clearly understood.
• Encourage continuous improvement and team accountability.
