Job summary

BIP US is seeking a Scrum Master and Delivery Lead for a high-profile Front Office data reporting initiative in the United States. This role sits at the intersection of Agile execution, delivery governance, and stakeholder coordination, owning cadence, Jira execution, risk and budgeting oversight, and ensuring timely reporting from a governed data platform.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or PM roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience supporting financial services and Front Office data initiatives.
• Deep familiarity with risk, position, and financial reporting concepts.
• Advanced Jira expertise (backlog management, workflows, reporting).
• Proven experience running Kanban and weekly sprint models.
• Experience managing project budgets and run-rate tracking.
• Exceptional communication skills with senior, high-expectation stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery cadence using Kanban and weekly sprint cycles.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and working sessions as appropriate.
• Ensure teams remain organized, focused, and aligned to delivery timelines.
• Maintain end-to-end accountability for sprint commitments and deliverables.
• Serve as a white-glove interface between technical teams and business stakeholders.
