Hours are 11:00AM-8:00PM EST, with a fully remote setup. Responsibilities include client communications, process improvement, and coordination with other departments to ensure accurate checks and timely updates for financial

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or related experience.
• Basic foreclosure knowledge preferred.
• Experience with client systems, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Run SCRA/BK checks and perform quality control.
• Prepare affidavits and chronologies for client use.
• Handle foreclosure timeline information requests.
• Assist with process improvement and file management.
• Communicate with clients and other departments about SCRA/BK checks.
