Job summary

Pearson is hiring remote scorers to evaluate responses from Florida teacher candidates. Earn a starting rate of $17.50 per hour while working from home, with schedules Monday through Friday during EST hours.

Qualified applicants have a bachelor’s degree or higher, a current teaching certification in the subject area, and five years of relevant service or teaching experience. Training and orientation are provided before scoring begins.

Qualifications

• Ability to sit for extended periods and maintain confidentiality.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate responses to test questions by Florida teacher candidates.
• Internalize scoring standards and participate in discussions with scorers.
• Meet quality and productivity requirements for scoring and pass the qualifying test.
• Scoring sessions run remotely Monday through Friday, starting at 8:30 AM EST.
• Starting rate of $17.50 per hour and working remotely.
