Esquire Deposition Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Esquire Certified Reporter/Scopist (CSR) to review final and near-final transcripts with accompanying audio to ensure high-quality deposition transcripts.

The role requires CSR/CCR/RPR/CVR or Michigan CER certification, strong grammar, legal terminology, and meticulous proofreading; candidate will finalize transcripts, apply signatures, and maintain documentation, while adhering to Esquire's standards.

Qualifications

• Possess CSR/CCR/RPR/CVR, or Michigan CER certification.
• Excellent grammar, punctuation, and vocabulary.
• Typing speed 70 wpm with high accuracy.
• Familiarity with AP Stylebook.
• Knowledge of medical, legal, and technical terminology.
• Experience proofreading and finalizing transcripts with audio.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to Esquire’s best practices for transcript editing, proofreading, and punctuation.
• Finalize transcripts, proof with audio to ensure accuracy of the verbatim record.
• Ensure accuracy by checking text, punctuation, spelling, and supporting pages.
• Prepare final transcript after proofreading, applying digital signatures to certificate pages.
• Archive all files properly and maintain required reports/logs.
• Coordinate timely responses to communications and organize work by deadlines.
• Provide support to Esquire’s service partner programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
