Responsibilities

• Review and proofread transcripts for accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and formatting per style guides.
• Verify transcripts against audio to ensure verbatim, error-free records.
• Prepare final transcripts with digital signatures and production submission.
• Maintain archival of files and complete required logs and reports.
• Prioritize workload to meet deadlines and accommodate changes.
• Support service partner programs with timely communication and QA.
