Knowesis Inc. is seeking a Scientific Reviewer Engagement Lead in MD, USA to oversee sourcing of qualified experts for biomedical peer review. You will build and manage pipelines, lead a team of Sourcing Specialists, and collaborate with SRMs and SROs to ensure robust reviewer pools and timely panel readiness.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted discovery, data-driven decisions, and cross-team coordination, with remote work and occasional travel as needed. A public trust clearance is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a biomedical, life science, health science, clinical, or related discipline.
• Experience in scientific reviewer recruitment, talent sourcing, or biomedical research.
• Experience leading centralized sourcing or recruitment capability.
• Ability to interpret scientific credentials, publications, and areas of expertise.
• Develop sourcing strategies for specialized or difficult-to-fill expertise.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and recruitment requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement reviewer identification and recruitment strategies, including AI-assisted discovery.
• Lead centralized reviewer sourcing across multiple programs and peer reviews.
• Supervise and coordinate Scientific Reviewer Sourcing Specialists.
• Translate SRM/SRO requirements into targeted sourcing priorities.
• Manage workload and priorities across concurrent programs and panels.
• Build and refresh reviewer pipelines ahead of needs.
• Oversee expert discovery from multiple sources and databases.
• Develop structured reviewer profiles with disease, domain, methodology, and experience.
• Develop relationships with societies, institutions, and networks for sourcing.
• Provide outreach and engagement communicating expectations and timelines.
