Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the ABA or special education sector.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and staffing assignments.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for school-based staffing operations.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with program growth.
• Serve as primary contact for staffing all school-based ABA cases.
