Job summary

AXIS Teletherapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to support students through remote and school-based services. The role focuses on building functional skills and confidence in students within a flexible virtual model.

Applicants should hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, a current state license, and preferably Vermont Medicaid approval with 2+ years in schools and Early Intervention experience. Part-time options, 1099 contracts, and 100% remote work are available.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• State license in Physical Therapy
• Vermont Medicaid approved
• 2+ years of experience in a school setting
• Early Intervention experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in school settings, remotely or in person as needed
• Collaborate with teachers and other therapists to support student goals
• Maintain professional integrity and accountability in all duties
