AXIS Teletherapy is seeking Mental Health Therapists to join a fully remote team serving school-aged students. This role focuses on evidence-based behavioral and counseling strategies within IEP frameworks, collaborating with families and educators to promote social skills and academic growth.

The position offers 1099 contract terms, part-time hours (minimum 15 per week during daytime), and competitive compensation for remote work across the United States.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Counseling is required.
• State-required School Counselor Certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years of school-based counseling experience.
• Experience writing IEP-based SMART goals and documenting notes.

Responsibilities

• Provide IEP-based counseling in a school setting.
• Write SMART goals and document measurable session notes.
• Data track progress monitoring and collaboration with families.
• Work with educators to support student behavior and outcomes.
