Job summary

E-Therapy is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our remote team providing services to PreK-12 students. The successful candidate will conduct evaluations, develop goals, and deliver evidence-based OT interventions to support students’ development and classroom participation.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and caseload management, with a starting ASAP for the 2026-2027 school year. Competitive compensation and a supportive, collaborative environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience providing OT services in a school or pediatric setting.
• Proficiency with pediatric assessment tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, parents, and school staff.
• Teletherapy experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of sensory integration therapy and handwriting programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students' motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals with input from students, parents, and school staff.
• Implement evidence-based OT interventions addressing students' needs and promoting skill development.
• Monitor and document progress; adjust plans as needed.
• Provide consultation to teachers and school staff on strategies to support participation and classroom success.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support academic and functional needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to education plan development.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports.
