Job summary

E-Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver remote services for K-12 students in Wisconsin. The role is part-time and starts ASAP for the 2026-2027 school year, with compensation starting at $47/hour and commensurate with experience.

The ideal candidate will conduct evaluations, develop goals, and implement interventions in collaboration with families and school staff, while maintaining thorough documentation and participating in IEP processes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and valid state OT license.
• Experience providing OT services in school or pediatric settings.
• Proficiency with pediatric assessment tools and therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with students, families, and school staff.
• Teletherapy experience preferred; knowledge of sensory integration and handwriting programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students' motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals with input from students, parents, and school staff.
• Implement evidence-based OT interventions to address student needs and promote skill development.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed; document outcomes.
• Provide consultation to teachers and staff to promote student participation in class.
