Job summary

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join E-Therapy as a Remote School OT supporting K-12 students in California. You will evaluate motor skills, set goals, and implement interventions via teletherapy to help students reach developmental and educational objectives.

The role requires state licensure, NBCOT, and experience with school-based OT. Flexible caseloads, online collaboration, and a strongly team-oriented environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• Must hold a valid California OT license.
• NBCOT certification required.
• Experience delivering school-based OT services (K-12).

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations of students’ motor skills and functional abilities.
• Develop individual treatment plans with students, families, and school staff.
• Implement evidence-based OT interventions for student needs.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Provide consultation to teachers and school staff.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on student education and function.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to education plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and progress.
