Job summary

E-Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to support PreK-12 students in a remote capacity in Virginia. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling for the 2026-2027 school year, with an ASAP start.

You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, implement evidence-based interventions, and collaborate with families and school staff via our teletherapy platform.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and valid state licensure.
• Experience in school or pediatric settings.
• Proficiency with pediatric assessment tools and therapies.
• Teletherapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations of students' motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized OT treatment plans with students, families, and school staff.
• Implement evidence-based OT interventions to address students' needs and promote skill development.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote classroom participation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to education plans.
• Maintain accurate session documentation and progress reports.
