Job summary

Soliant Health seeks a dedicated Virtual Occupational Therapist to provide teletherapy for a Minnesota school district during the 2026–2027 school year. This fully remote position is ideal for an experienced OT who enjoys flexible delivery while helping students develop fine motor, sensory processing, and functional classroom skills.

The role supports K–12 students with IEP goals, requires an active Minnesota OT license, and prefers school-based experience.

Qualifications

Active Minnesota Occupational Therapy license.
Experience in K–12 school settings preferred.
Familiarity with special education processes and IEP development.
Ability to collaborate with teachers and families.

Responsibilities

Provide virtual occupational therapy services to students in a school-based setting.
Complete evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring.
Develop and implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals.
Provide support related to fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and functional classroom participation.
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
Participate in virtual IEP meetings and student planning discussions.
Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and service records.
Deliver engaging and effective therapy through a secure virtual platform.
