Job summary

Soliant Health in the United States is seeking a Virtual Occupational Therapist to support students through school-based OT services via teletherapy. This part-time, contract role offers 20–25 hours per week with a caseload of about 9 students in a NM district.

You’ll collaborate with educators, families, and specialists to promote academic and functional progression. Required qualifications include a Master’s in Occupational Therapy and NM PED licensure; teletherapy experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in OT and NM PED licensure required.
• Experience in school-based/pediatric OT preferred.
• Teletherapy experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual occupational therapy services to students in a school-based setting.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 9 students.
• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and screenings as appropriate.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and educational goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, special education staff, and related service providers.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to IEP development and implementation.
• Monitor student progress and adjust services as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation per district and special education requirements.
• Support students in developing skills for participation and success in the educational environment.
