Job summary

LETS Therapy is seeking a Pennsylvania licensed Occupational Therapist to provide virtual school-based services during the 2026–2027 school year. This opportunity is ideal for an OT who wants to add one or more cases around an existing position while remaining part of a responsive and supportive team. Virtual sessions may be scheduled between 7:00 a.m.

and 6:00 p.m., based on each student’s availability. You can take one case, several cases, or build a larger caseload.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license.
• Clearances: Pennsylvania Child Abuse, Criminal Background, and FBI.
• School-based or pediatric occupational therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to provide engaging virtual services and maintain dependable communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual occupational therapy services required by student IEPs.
• Support fine motor, visual motor, sensory regulation, self-care, and school participation goals for virtual delivery.
• Collaborate with families, educators, related service providers, and IEP teams.
• Recommend strategies and accommodations that support student access and independence.
• Complete service notes and progress documentation accurately and on time.
