Job summary

HelloHero is seeking a remote Occupational Therapist to support K–12 students nationwide via a school-based program. The role offers school-day hours, flexible scheduling, and a clear onboarding process with dedicated internal support.

Compensation includes $50–$55 per hour, loyalty bonuses, and pay for documentation, IEP meetings, assessments, and progress reports. Training is provided, with options for 1099 or W2 employment.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia OT license required.
• Experience with IEPs and school-based collaboration (1 year preferred).
• Comfortable using technology for virtual service delivery and documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services aligned with IEPs.
• Conduct assessments and implement interventions.
• Develop goals and track student progress.
• Complete documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration.
• Communicate with school staff, families, and stakeholders.
