Job summary

HelloHero is seeking a Virtual Occupational Therapist to support K–12 students in Washington. This remote role aligns with school schedules and offers both 1099 and W2 options, 15–25 hours per week.

You will deliver therapy under IEPs, coordinate with school teams, complete documentation, and participate in IEP meetings. Washington licensure and ESA certificate are required, with paid training and ongoing support from a dedicated Service Manager.

Qualifications

• Washington OT license and ESA certificate required.
• Experience with IEPs and school-based collaboration preferred.
• Comfortable delivering therapy virtually using standard platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services aligned with IEPs.
• Conduct assessments and implement interventions.
• Develop goals and track student progress.
• Complete documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration.
• Communicate with school staff, families, and stakeholders.
