Job summary

HelloHero is a remote, school‑based Occupational Therapist role supporting students across K–12. You will work in coordination with school teams and families, supported by clear workflows, structured onboarding, and dedicated internal support.

Schedule aligns with school hours and you will have 15–25 hrs per week, start date August 2026, with 1099 or W2 employment options. The role focuses on IEPs, documentation, and collaboration with educators.

Qualifications

• Must hold Department of Education licensure (DOE).
• Active Ohio BCI background check.
• At least 1 year of experience with IEPs and school-based collaboration (preferred).
• Comfortable using technology for virtual service delivery.
• Reliable internet connection and access to appropriate technology for virtual service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services aligned with IEPs.
• Conduct assessments and implement interventions.
• Develop goals and track student progress.
• Complete documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration.
• Communicate with school staff, families, and stakeholders.
