Job summary

HelloHero is recruiting a Virtual Occupational Therapist to support K–12 students remotely across Wisconsin. You’ll collaborate with school teams and families, follow clear workflows, and benefit from structured onboarding with dedicated internal support.

We offer flexible 1099 or W2 arrangements, school-day hours, and paid training. You’ll be compensated at $60–66 per hour, with additional pay for documentation, IEP meetings, and sessions, plus a 10% bonus for completed sessions.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin licensure required
• DOE licensure
• 1+ year experience in IEP/school-based collaboration preferred
• Proficient with virtual service delivery platforms and documentation systems
• Reliable internet connectivity and technology for online therapy

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services aligned with IEPs
• Conduct assessments and implement interventions
• Develop goals and track student progress
• Complete documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration
• Communicate with school staff, families, and stakeholders
