• Minnesota OT license or an OT Compact privilege from specified states.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Comfort with telepractice platforms for assessment and therapy delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-quality OT instruction in a remote setting.
• Evaluate fine motor, sensory processing, and functional skills; translate to goals.
• Design and carry out individualized treatment plans aligned with IEPs.
• Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals with FERPA-compliant systems.
