Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a fully remote teletherapy role in Michigan. You will work from home with a ready-made caseload and support school-based programs across districts in the country.

Ideal candidates have a Master's in SLP, ASHA CCCs, and at least 1 year of school-based experience, with a state SLP license and willingness to obtain additional licenses if needed. Expect a flexible, full-time schedule aligned to school hours.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• ASHA CCCs (Certificate of Clinical Competency) required.
• At least 1 year of school-based experience (including IEPs & case management).
• Current state license as an SLP (and willingness to obtain additional licenses if needed).
• Availability to work during school hours based on the district's time zone.

Responsibilities

• Deliver teletherapy to students via HIPAA/FERPA-compliant platform.
• Coordinate IEP goals and progress with districts.
• Collaborate with a nationwide network of SLPs and therapy providers.
