Job summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist Contractor to screen, assess, and treat students with speech-language needs under IEP guidance.

This is a 1099 Independent Consultant role, remote across the United States, compensation at $55 per hour, requiring state SLP certification and an ASHA license. You will manage a speech-language caseload, supervise SLP Assistants as needed, and maintain compliant documentation, progress notes, and reports.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• 3 years of speech-language pathology experience in a public-school setting or equivalent.
• State SLP certification and ASHA license required.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate students with suspected speech-language impairments.
• Provide case management for speech-only caseload.
• Develop IEP-based therapy plans and progress reports.
• Communicate with parents and teachers to coordinate attendance and progress.
• Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants as needed.
• Maintain records and documentation for compliance and reporting.
