Job summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist Contractor to screen, assess, and treat students with communication disorders across multiple schools as an Independent Consultant.

You will focus on individualized IEP-based needs, provide engaging therapy, and maintain detailed progress and compliance documentation while coordinating with families, teachers, and the SST/RTI teams.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• State SLP certification and ASHA CCC license required.
• Three years of speech/language work experience in a school setting preferred.
• Ability to work remotely and manage a 1099 contractor schedule.

Responsibilities

• Screen and/or evaluate students with suspected speech-language impairments.
• Provide case management of speech-only caseload.
• Develop progress reports and IEP documentation.
• Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants as assigned.
• Maintain compliant records and data for reference and compliance.
