Huntington National Bank is seeking an experienced SBA loan professional to market and originate SBA loans for eligible businesses, focusing on client contact and thorough analysis.

Responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, structuring proposals, preparing credit packages, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Remote work option is available, with competitive salary and benefits within our SBA lending team.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus SBA lending experience
• Minimum 5 years SBA/Commercial lending experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsible for marketing a full range of banking services to Small Business Administration (SBA) loan eligible businesses with emphasis on client contact, origination and analysis. Responsible for SBA loan origination with emphasis on client contact, origination and analysis. Typical loan amounts are for $350K - $5MM. Reviews financial statements and supporting documents, structures SBA loan proposals, completes initial analysis, and prepares credit package. Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, agency guidelines and organization policies.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent of 4 years' SBA lending experience
• A minimum of 5 years of SBA/Business/Commercial lending experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Business or Finance degree preferred
• SBA loan originating experience Familiarity with Commercial loan underwriting systems.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Must have excellent written and verbal (face-to-face and phone) communication skills including professional grammar and demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task PC and internet proficiency

Compensation Range

70,000.00 -$140,000.00 Annual Salary The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education.
