DXC Technology Company is seeking an experienced SAP WM Application Support lead to manage Level 2/3 support for SAP WM production environments, with responsibility for incident, problem, and change management. The role requires coordinating across onshore/offshore teams and delivering against SLAs.

You will provide functional leadership for warehouse processes, including inbound and outbound, putaway, picking, inventory, and RF/barcode-enabled workflows, and drive continuous improvement through

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP experience, with significant hands-on SAP WM.
• 3+ years of experience leading SAP application support, AMS, production support, or service delivery teams.
• Strong knowledge of SAP WM configuration and warehouse business processes.
• Experience supporting SAP ECC production environments.
• Strong understanding of integration between SAP WM, MM, IM, SD, PP, and related modules.

Responsabilités

• Lead Level 2 and Level 3 SAP WM production support, including incident, problem, service request, enhancement, and defect management.
• Provide functional leadership for warehouse processes: inbound/outbound, putaway, picking, inventory, and RF/barcode-enabled workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functional resolution with ABAP, Basis, security, and integration teams.
• Manage SLAs, KPIs, major incident response, and root-cause analyses.
• Support SAP upgrade, migration, optimization, and S/4HANA transformation initiatives.
